The Daftness

To be sung to the tune of "Prince Charming" by Adam and the Ants:

Justin Hawkins, Justin Hawkins, Justin Hawkins and his brother Dannie
Don't you ever, Don't you ever, lower yourself, forgetting all your standards
Justin Hawkins, Justin Hawkins, Justin Hawkins and his brother Dannie
Don't you ever, Don't you ever, lower yourself, forgetting all your standards
Frank Poullain, Frank Poullain, and the drummer no-one know the name of
Prince Charming, Prince Charming, ridicule is nothing to be scared of
Justin Hawkins, Justin Hawkins, Justin Hawkins and his brother Dannie
Don't you ever, Don't you ever, lower yourself, forgetting all your standards

Oh, it was good!

DUDE, THAT IS SO NOT COOL IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. I have great respect for the Darkness.. and by the way the drummers name is Ed Graham, and Frankie quit the band and Dan Hawkins doesn't like being called "dannie"

Did you just read this post? The next post (actually 2 posts away since I'm a numpty) explains that I went to see The Darkness, because I like the band.

The rhyme was written and performed by Ginger of The Wildhearts at an acoustic show. The Wildhearts are good friends of The Darkness, and supported them on tour through Europe, Aisa and America during 2004. The rhyme is a tribute to The Darkness, not an attack.

Also, check the date I made this post - November 2004. Before Frankie left the band. And don't shout - it's not nice.
